Mean Tweets – Avengers Edition
Am I do only person who doesn't think this mean tweets video series is funny? At the end of the day, actors are people who are just doing what everyone else is doing ---- their job. And the kind of questions and invasions of privacy they are subjected to sometimes by interviewers and talk show personalities make me cringe. They are treated with little respect, no compassion and even the "love" is sometimes over-the-top and too much. I don't think I like this Jimmy Kimmel person... He's willing to go far to get a reaction, even if it means humiliating the person. That's not cool.
I do know too many people that clap when the plane lands. It's not "as common" in my country, but I've known people from other countries that for them that is the normal behaviour. I still don't get where did this come from. I mean I'm not against it, if other people do (while I'm there) it's okay, but I don't get it (and I think I did it once when I was a kid/teen because the WHOLE plane was doing it and didn't wanna be rude, the other times just half or some did it). xD
Oddly enough I enjoyed Paul Bettany's reaction the most. In interviews he's usually very serious, and here he suddenly smiles the most chipper smile in the whole world because somebody called him a c*nt XD
I don’t get it. Why do people criticize celebrities like this? I would understand if it was something logical that the person deserves, but these kind of comments are just stupid. Celebrities aren’t some sort of computer that will update if you comment, they are human beings like all of us who are just amazing at what they do!
- I liked the ones read by Anthony Mackie, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, and Chris Evans.
- I did not like the ones read by Tom Hiddleston, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Dave Bautista, and Paul Rudd.
So nowadays u can say 'i hate white people' "whities" and noone makes a fuzz about it.
If it were 'i hate black people' eveyone'd cry havok right now. XD I think we are measering with two diffirent levels.
