9 Reasons for Low Sex Drive in Women + How to Boost Libido

28:56
Low sex drive in women is a serious problem and should be evaluated as soon as possible. In this video, I go over the most common causes of low sex drive and decreased libido in women including how to correctly diagnose and treat the problem. One of the main causes of low sex drive is low testosterone. Low testosterone is an important factor in women as it relates to libido, muscle mass (and weight loss), mood and quality of life. What's interesting is that there is a strong link between low testosterone and decreased libido in many women. And many conditions that you might not realize contribute to low testosterone in one way or another. For this reason, evaluating your testosterone is very important and replacing those levels may be necessary in some women. Here are the top 9 reasons for Low sex drive in women: 1) Low testosterone - Make sure to check both free and total serum testosterone levels 2) Hypothyroidism or autoimmune thyroiditis - Check a complete thyroid panel 3) Vaginal atrophy - Consider the use of topical/transdermal estriol or systemic bioidentical hormone replacement therapy 4) Insulin resistance - Check serum fasting insulin, blood glucose, and hgb A1c - Take insulin sensitizing supplements if necessary 5) Depression and other mood disorders - Get evaluated and naturally treat depression if present (avoid SSRI's if possible as these may worsen sex drive) 6) Your partner may have low testosterone - Manage your partner's libido and testosterone levels if necessary 7) Weight gain - Weight gain itself may cause low libido, make sure to address all hormone imbalances and treat accordingly (see post for more details and case studies on weight loss) 8) High-stress levels - Consider adrenal adaptogens (like ashwagandha) or adrenal glandulars. 9) Medications - Narcotics, antidepressants, diabetic medications and blood pressure medications may be contributing to sex drive (don't go off medications but discuss options with your provider) If you have any questions or would like to see the complete list + blog post please see the link below. 7 Signs Of Hormone Imbalance that You Should Not Ignore

03:06
Think of hormones like little messengers, they carry notes to your cells telling your body how to behave and function. So when your body is producing too many or too few hormones, it can have trouble knowing exactly what to do. This is a hormone imbalance. Hormone imbalances can cause a myriad of symptoms, but sometimes those symptoms are hard to pinpoint to a single cause. That's because while hormones impact our bodies greatly, doctors and researchers still have a lot to learn about how they affect us. Here are some of the most common signs and symptoms of a hormone imbalance: 1.Trouble sleeping If you're having trouble falling or staying asleep, it could be due to a hormone imbalance. WebMD explains that progesterone helps you get a good night’s rest. And, low estrogen -- like when you go into menopause -- hot flashes and night sweats which make it hard to catch sleep. 2.Severe acne Just about everyone gets acne once in a while, especially women during their menstrual cycle. But, if you experience chronic acne, it could be a sign of excess androgen hormones. These are typically known as 'male' hormones, even though women's bodies produce them, too. But, too much can cause your oil glands to go into overdrive, often causing acne. 3.Chronic tiredness If you're feeling tired and foggy all the time, it could be a thyroid hormone imbalance that causes you to be sleepy. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms, a simple blood test can determine if your thyroid is the problem. 4.Irregular Periods Most women have their periods every 24-34 days. So if you notice that your periods start becoming irregular from their normal schedule, it could be a sign of a hormone imbalance like too much or too like estrogen or progesterone. If you notice these changes with your menstrual cycle, talk to your doctor. They could also be a sign of other health problems, like polycystic ovarian syndrome, or premenopause. 5.Memory troubles Do you find yourself being forgetful often? This lapse might seem like a little inconvenience, but it could be a symptom of a bigger problem like a cortisol hormone imbalance. Cortisol, the hormone released when you're stressed, can have a big impact on your adrenal glands over a long period of stress -- affecting cognitive functions like memory, or your ability to focus. As always, talk to a doctor about your symptoms to pinpoint the problem. 6.Stomach problems If you haven't realized, an estrogen imbalance can wreak havoc on your body, including your stomach. WebMD explains that estrogen and progesterone affect the cells in your gut that process food -- sometimes causing problems like stomach pain, nausea, bloating and even diarrhea. 7.Lower libido You probably assume that a low libido means low estrogen, right? Well, it’s actually low testosterone -- the male sex-hormone -- that can cause lower libidos. A healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle is always the best treatment to balance your hormones naturally. Thyroid Symptoms in Men (+ Low Testosterone Symptoms)

09:42
Men with hypothyroidism tend to have similar but different symptoms when compared to women. The difference in symptoms stems from the impact that your thyroid has on testosterone. Testosterone, as it turns out, is much more important for men when compared to women. Even minor changes in testosterone can lead to numerous side effects which are separate from hypothyroidism. So, in a sense, men get both the symptoms of hypothyroidism AND low testosterone. Men with hypothyroidism commonly present with any or all of the following symptoms: - Increase in fatigue or decreased energy levels - Decreased libido/sex drive and other changes in sexual function including erectile dysfunction - Inability to build muscle mass or decreased strength - Unexplained weight gain or inability to lose weight despite using therapies that have worked in the past - Changes in mood ranging from feeling "down" to depression In addition to these symptoms men usually present with 1 or more of the following general symptoms of hypothyroidism: - Constipation or change in bowel movements trending towards constipation - Dry skin or changes in skin texture - Other mood changes including anxiety - Difficulty with sleeping or insomnia - Inability to tolerate cold temperatures - Issues with fertility - Muscle aches/pains, joint pain and/or back pain - Difficulty with concentration, decreased attention span and "brain fog" If you have any of these symptoms then you will want to test the following labs: - TSH - Free t3 - Free t4 - Reverse t3 - Total testosterone - Free testosterone - Sex hormone binding globulin Recommended thyroid supplements to enhance thyroid function: - For thyroid hormone production and conversion: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/t3-conversion-booster/ - For hair loss: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-hair-regrowth-complex/ - For weight management: https://www.restartmed.com/product/gut-bomb-350-billion/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/functional-fuel-complete/ - For gut health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/ultra-biotic-x100/ - For energy and adrenal health: https://www.restartmed.com/product/thyroid-adrenal-reset-complex/ + https://www.restartmed.com/product/power-b-complex/ I'm Dr. Westin Childs and I focus on thyroid health, hormone balance, and weight loss. 10 signs you have thyroid problems!

02:53
10 signs you have thyroid problems! In the USA, the statistics show that 1 in 8 women have thyroid gland problems and half of them don’t know about this. Hypothyroidism (when gland activity slows down) represents 90% of thyroid disorders cases. Thyroid functioning is closely connected with the whole body, and if the thyroid is not functioning normally, you will not work properly too. The thyroid gland, like any other body gland, secretes hormones, namely T3 and T4 (names that come from the presence of three or four iodine atoms). These hormones have a vital role to regulate the main functions of the body, ie body temperature, energy consumption, heart rate. Also, thyroid acts on the digestive system, nervous system, and the female reproductive system. Gland disorders affect 7 times more women than men. That’s because thyroid activity is directly related to the ovaries, and when levels of estrogen increase thyroid activity also increase. Hypothyroidism symptoms: 1. Tiredness even after 8-10 hours of sleep per night or the need to sleep every afternoon; 2. Weight gain, failing in weight loss attempt or fluid retention; 3. Problems with the mental state, eg, emotional episodes, anxiety or depression; 4. Hormonal imbalances: pronounced pre menstrual states, irregular menstruation and/or sporadic and low libido; 5. Muscle weakness, joint pain, muscle cramps, carpal tunnel syndrome; 6. Intolerance to cold, cold hands and feet even when others don’t feel cold; 7. Dry skin thickened skin and chapped, unusual patterns of hair loss in men, brittle nails; 8. Constipation; 9. Impaired memory, foggy, low concentration; 10 Throat swelling, snoring or unusual voice. Hyperthyroidism symptoms (when the thyroid produces too much hormone): Tachycardia Muscle weakness Sleep disturbance Irritability Goiter Many of these symptoms are ignored or attributed to the stress of everyday life. However, you should give greater importance to these body signs. We recommend visiting an endocrinologist doctor in case of a suspected thyroid condition.

Low libido and lack of sex drive caused by Adrenal Fatigue

05:24
http://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-low-libido/17686/ One of the hormone symptoms of adrenal fatigue is that there is a lack of sex drive and low libido. This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and in this video we will go over why. Now, first we have to take a step back and understand that when the body is under stress, its primary objective for survival is to conserve energy. In that respect, the body will start to shut down or slow down non-essential functions. Of course the heart is not something that can be slowed down so it has to be maintained, the brain is something that can not be slowed down that is something that has to be maintained, but other systems that the body it does not consider really critical for survival, such as reproduction, will be one of the ones that start to slow down. What does that mean? That means the body will activate the hormones rebalancing in such a way that libido hormones such as testosterone or estrogen will take a hit. It may be, on laboratory basis, normal, but subclinically in a symptoms perspective the body will have low sex drive and libido will be almost nonexistent in advanced cases. This is very common, there is nothing wrong. Most people get very concerned, especially young people. But it should not be a big concern in terms of structural problems causing the low libido unless it has been proven so by conventional medicine. It is important to understand and look at the big picture, are there other symptoms that go along with this low libido? Stress is one of them, intolerance to exercise, there are many, many symptoms of adrenal fatigue that in itself it doesn't stand alone; in other words the libido and the low sex drive does not 100% point to adrenal fatigue, but if you have this plus other symptoms that are classic for adrenal fatigue then it helps to point the direction to adrenal fatigue. So low libido is the body's way of helping itself for survival, it is not a physiological disfunction in and of itself. Understanding this is very important, because it will prevent you from treating the symptoms by using, whether it is natural or medications, to prop up the sex drive because the only way you are going to be able to do that is to use stimulants, which is directly opposite of what the body wants you to do. Now, this concept is very important because if you don't understand this concept it is so easy to fall into the trap of thinking that something is wrong with the body and by stimulating the body to get more sex drive you will heal. It is not going to happen if the root cause is not in the libido issue, the root cause is really in the adrenals and the low libido is simply a symptom. I hope you understand this concept, and the good news is that this symptom is easy to reverse, because you give the body some time and focus on healing the adrenals, but at the same time you have to focus on not using the stimulants because the stimulants will not give you the real libido increase but basically give you an artificial sense of improvement. If you heal the adrenals properly with natural compounds and do it right, and slowly the libido will return. In fact, we use libido as a gauge of how well the body is recovering. In my website I have written an article called 'Adrenal Exhaustion' which covers this low libido and other reproductive disruptions, as well as another article called 'Adrenal Fatigue and Related Conditions' it will go through with you some of the concepts that we have discussed, and you can read it at your leisure on my website. Signs and Symptoms Of Thyroid

10:05
Descriptions of thyroid pain symptoms: About 4.6 percent of the United States population suffers from underactive thyroid . The risk for developing hypothyroidism and infertility is higher in women over age 50 and postpartum females. If you have multiple signs and symptoms of this problem, ask your doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels and get treatment of thyroid. Here are the signs and symptoms that you have an underactive thyroid. 1. Unexplained Weight Gain 01:05 Weight gain without any change in diet or physical activity may indicate low levels of thyroid hormones. These hormones help regulate basal metabolism and thermogenesis as well as the metabolism of fats and glucose. An underactive thyroid contributes to a lower metabolic rate, which may cause excess weight gain. If you have unexplained weight gain, it is essential to consult your doctor to determine the exact cause and get hypothyroidism treatment weight loss. 2. Dry and Flaky Skin 02:12 If you are following your usual beauty and skin care regimen and haven’t changed any of the products you use but your skin is dry and itchy, it could be a symptom of hypothyroidism or thyroid dry skin. The change in skin texture and appearance can be due to reduced blood circulation, one of the side effects of having low thyroid hormones. In addition, a slowed metabolism due to low thyroid hormone production can reduce sweating. Without proper sweating, the skin becomes dry and flaky. As these skin signs are rather nonspecific and often subtle, people tend to ignore them or attribute them to other causes. It is best to consult your doctor to see if there is an underlying health condition causing these skin changes. 3. Muscle Soreness and Pain 03:13 People suffering from hypothyroidism often experience muscle weakness, pain, stiffness, or cramping. There may also be general joint pain. Low metabolism disrupts how your body burns energy, which can affect how your muscles feel after doing your regular exercises. Low thyroid often increases inflammation that may be contributing to your muscle and joint pain. In fact, about 40 percent of the hypothyroid patients had predominantly sensory signs of a sensorimotor axonal neuropathy early in the course of thyroid disease. 4. Hair Loss 04:22 hypothyroidism hair loss and Proper functioning of the thyroid gland is essential for the development and maintenance of the hair follicles, and an underactive thyroid can result in significant changes in hair growth and texture. It may also affect eyebrows and body hair. The thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) modulate several aspects of hair anatomy, from the hair growth cycle to the hair’s pigmentation. If you are worried about hair loss and other hair-related issues, see your doctor to get your thyroid checked. 5. Constant Fatigue and Tiredness 05:09 Fatigue and extreme tiredness are very common in people who have an underactive thyroid. When low thyroid hormones flow through the blood, cells do not function properly, leading to less energy, fatigue and constant tiredness. These symptoms persist even after getting proper sleep and rest. A 2012 study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology notes that autoimmune hypothyroidism patients had significantly higher levels of fatigue as compared with differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients health thyroid. 6. Menstrual and Fertility Problems 06:15 Women with hypothyroidism may experience menstrual as well as fertility problems. Thyroid hormones have a great influence on menstruation, thyroid pregnancy, lactation and even uterine involution after childbirth. In fact, the study puts emphasis on the assessment of thyroid function in all patients with menstrual disorders to avoid unnecessary interventions like curettage and hysterectomy. Infertility can also be due to undiagnosed thyroid conditions. For any change in menstrual pattern as well as problems becoming pregnant, it is important to get your thyroid checked. I HAVE THIS URGE TO HAVE SEX

03:33
March 21, 2002 -- Women with sex drives stuck in park are often made to feel that the problem is all in their heads, but fledgling research into female sexual dysfunction is proving otherwise. There is growing evidence that any number of physical problems -- including thyroid problems -- can stall a woman's erotic desires. Studies suggest that as many as half of American women suffer from some type of sexual dysfunction, with lack of interest in sex at the top of the list. Although depression and other psychological issues are major contributors to low libido in women, illness also plays a major role. "We are finding that the physical risk factors linked to sexual problems in men also apply to women," says Ian L. Goldman, MD, director of the Marshfield Clinic Center for Sexual Health in Marshfield, Wisc. "Issues like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, smoking, obesity all appear to have a significant impact on normal female sexual function, just like they do in men."

However, what’s really bad is that you’ll look and feel like “older”, go to the doctor, do a blood test and he’ll say “oh, it’s fine… you’re in the ‘normal’ range” and then off you go with no solution. The problem is that this “normal range” is very big: 250 ng/dL to 1100 ng/dL … If you fall anywhere in between, you’re considered “normal”. However, there’s a BIG difference between “normal” and OPTIMAL, right? It’s just like making money…. Maybe the normal yearly salary is $50K … But what if you could easily make $250K a year, simply by making some small changes in your lifestyle? And that’s what you’ll discover at the end of today’s video, just ONE small change and you can double or triple your your testosterone! And I’ll get to that in 2 minutes. However, I first want to reveal 7 warning signs that you have suboptimal and most likely, “low” testosterone. And I say “warning signs” because low testosterone … or “not optimal” testosterone levels as I like to call it, is directly linked to many disease and health alilments2: High cholesterol Diabetes Thyroid problems High blood pressure Depression Memory loss Prostate cancer Osteoporosis etc Simply stated, low testosterone is causing you to age faster. So I’m going to quickly list the top 7 signs that you have low testosterone and then one of my favorite, natural solutions. 1 -- Low Sex Drive / Libido One of the biggest signs is that you have low libido. This includes physical and/or emotional drive. So, don’t think it’s just limited to erectile dysfunction or a physical “urge”. 2 -- Depression of Feeling “Unmotivated” Like I said, your brain has testosterone receptors also and thus, low testosterone leads to a lack of drive in life, not just sex. You’re not as motivated, you’re more irritable and “grumpy”.5 3 -- Muscle Loss I’m sure you already know that testosterone plays a big role in muscle size. If you are exercising and not gaining muscle… or you’re slowly losing muscle each year, then you have low testosterone. 4 -- Increase Body Fat Low testosterone is also a big indicator of higher body fat, especially the unhealthy belly fat and “love handles”. 5 -- Fatigue Have you ever noticed that men typically require less sleep than women? Well, testosterone plays a big role here. And if your tired and need naps and can barely get through the day, let alone have the energy to exercise or do much of anything else - then you probably have low testosterone. 6 -- Memory Loss Again, remember that the brain has many receptors for “sex hormones” such as testosterone, cortisol, estrogen and other female hormones. However, what’s interesting is that your brain’s memory centers are loaded with testosterone receptors.4 7 -- Accelerated Aging (hair loss, wrinkles, etc.) Have you ever noticed how some “older” men just look younger than someone their same age -- better skin, more head hair and so forth? This is because testosterone is a “youth” hormone and it plays a very important role in skin and hair production. Most people erroneously believe that hair loss is due to having “high” testosterone -- however, the opposite is true -- it’s from low testosterone. IF “high” testosterone was the reason, then all the teenagers and guys in their 20’s would be bald, but that’s obviously NOT the case, right? Testosterone also improves skin collagen and elasticity, joint health and prostate size. So if you’re starting to look older than your age, time to increase your testosterone. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Alyaa Gad - Loss of Libido in Women After Childbirth

06:26
Loss of libido in women after giving birth is a common condition and many women may be ashamed of discussing it. It can cause a lot of problems in the relationship with your partner. That’s why I’d like to discuss it here with you in this video. In order to treat the loss of libido we must first identify the cause, and solve it in order to restore back your health. It is normal for a mother to focus on her baby right after giving birth. And it is normal to lose interest in anything else for some weeks. This is due to the effect of certain hormones that your body makes so as to bond with your baby. However, after a couple of months you should regain your healthy interest in sexuality and intimacy with your husband. If you notice the persistence of loss of libido over a long time this could be due to either physical or psychological reasons. Physical causes are mainly due to the deficiency of certain elements, especially iron or vitamin D. These two elements may become deficient during breastfeeding and pregnancy, as they pass on to the baby. So our baby’s stores of these elements are decreased. I would recommend that if you suspect a deficiency in any of these elements, for example if you feel exhausted or have loss of libido or other shortness of breath symptoms, do a blood test for iron and vitamin D3. A blood test may show a deficiency of any of them, and in this case you may have to restore these elements using supplements. Another problem that occurs with pregnancy is that pregnancy may cause thyroid gland disorders. The thyroid gland is responsible for the body’s metabolism, and when its activities decrease, you may feel out of energy and lose your sexual desire. If you are using any medications, particularly antidepressants, it can cause loss of libido and delayed reactions. If you are taking any medications I’d recommend that you read the pamphlets to check what side effects they may cause, and when needed discuss the alternatives with your doctor. Psychological stress and marriage problems can cause loss of sexual desire. If you have any problems with your husband – because of giving the baby all your interest, for example – then you may feel not interested in being with him. I’d recommend that you work on solving these problems, either by reading books or seeking counselling. It is very important to solve any psychological problems in order to have your healthy libido back. Now I will talk to you about the requirements needed to solve the loss of libido after birth, using supplements. First of all, any nutritional deficiency should be treated. For example, if you have any iron deficiency, I would suggest that you eat more fresh vegetables, salads and meat. If iron remains deficient I’d recommend that you take iron supplements. Supplements may contain only iron or some elements added like folic acid and vitamin C. Folic acid is very important for building the red cell wall. And vitamin C helps in iron absorption. So both are very good. Might you not be getting enough sunlight or have vitamin D deficiency, I’d recommend that you take vitamin D3 supplements, as this will compensate the deficient vitamin D and gradually you will have a remarkable improvement in your overall health and sense of well-being. Vitamin D is very important. If you’ve been taking oral iron supplement for a long period of time with no improvement, your doctor might prescribe iron injections, which will have a faster influence on your iron levels. Talk to your doctor about it. Finally if you’re healthy enough you can always try Viagra. It’s as effective in women as in men since it improves your sexual performance. You can also apply testosterone cream. This cream can be applied on the vaginal opening. But remember: testosterone is the male hormone and it has some side effects. So do not apply it on the skin, only on the vaginal opening before sexual intercourse. A small amount is applied to the vagina, as illustrated here, and you will feel an improvement in your sexual desire. Do not feel ashamed to discuss with your doctor any health problems you may have. You deserve to live a happy life. With all my best regards! Fenugreek and Testosterone: Galactagogues Increase Prolactin Levels

05:48
Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum) is a common herb that originates from the Indian herbal medicine; Ayurveda. Its claimed use is to enhance masculinity and libido. The seed powder and seed extracts of the fenugreek plant are commonly used in various testosterone boosters, and some manufacturers claim that it would be the single most effective natural compound to raise male testosterone levels, muscular gains, bedroom performance, and so on. But is fenugreek truly as effective of a test boosters the marketers claim it to be? Let’s have a closer look. Fenugreek, Testosterone, DHT, and Prolactin Fenugreek supplements to increase testosterone production Most people think that fenugreek is only used as an ingredient to normalize and increase male testosterone levels. This isn’t the case. Since fenugreek also contains galactagogues which have the distinctive ability to increase prolactin levels, which is why fenugreek is also marketed to women to increase their lactation during pregnancy. Although men taking fenugreek won’t likely start producing milk, it’s still very much likely that supplementing with the herb can lead to elevated prolactin, which is somewhat detrimental for testosterone production via inhibition of dopamine. For obvious reasons, the T-booster manufacturers using fenugreek are pretty silent about the issue. Prolactin aside, does fenugreek actually increase testosterone levels as claimed? The answer is maybe, but likely not. You see, initial studies (sponsored by fenugreek manufacturer) showed very promising results, as fenugreek supplementation increased testosterone levels and improved body composition in resistance trained males. Since the herb has compounds such as apigenin, luteolin, protodioscin, magnesium, and calcium – all of which can contribute to increased testosterone production – it was all but plausible that fenugreek would become the next big thing in the supplement industry (and it certainly did). The thing is that fenugreek extracts haven’t always performed this well on scientific studies. Although in rodents, the extract increased muscle growth, it failed to have any impact on circulating testosterone levels. In an effort to replicate the first human study sponsored by Indus Biotech, Bushey et al. found that in their trial, fenugreek did not increase either free or total testosterone levels, but it ended up lowering DHT due to 5-a reductase inhibitory effect. Lastly, a study using 600mg/day of fenugreek extract called “Testofen” on healthy male subjects, failed to show any increases in testosterone levels. Fenugreek can have some anti-thyroid effects, as it was found to disrupt the normal rise in thyroid hormones in rodents administered T3 and T48, this effect was likely due to a compound called trypsin, which can inhibit protein digestion and thryoid hormone transportation in the body. What causes low sex drive, and what can be done about it?

01:21
You're perfectly normal if you experience a decreased libido (or sex drive) at different times in your life. And this can happen for so many different reasons - if you're having relationship problems, if you're depressed, anxious, experience life changes that are causing you to be stressed, or fatigued, if you have issues with self image, or you're taking medications that decrease libido, or health problems that cause it, maybe you've had recent surgery, or you have genital tract issues - all of these things can contribute to it. A lot of women want to know specifically what's going to happen during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and actually, it's different for everyone. Some women experience an increased sex drive during these times in their life, and other women don't want to do it at all. Basically what it comes down to is how it's affecting you and your relationship. If you feel like this is a problem, then talk with your doctor about it. They can review your medication list, your medical history, talk to you about how you're feeling, how your relationships in life (in general) are going, and then determine if further investigation or treatment is warranted. If you have more questions for me in the future, feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/IntermountainMoms, and recommend us to your friends and family too.

Top Symptoms Your Thyroid Is Struggling

02:01
Up to 10% of women have a thyroid issue and don’t know it. So there’re a lot of symptoms that seem kind of vague and get you into your doctor wondering what’s going on. Some of the biggies that could indicate this is a thyroid issue are fatigue, brain fog or depression – just walking around feeling cloudy, feeling like you have “the dumbs” – weight gain, of course, changes in your menstrual cycle or a decrease in libido. And then just general muscle weakness and fatigue, like you’re not recovering from your workouts or feeling like you’re able to get any exercise. And there’s a long, long list. We’ve got constipation, dry skin, hair falling out. Those are some of the things that tend to get women into their doctor’s office.
